The Sausage
Until 1847, the Bra sausage was the only calf sausage allowed in Italy, according to a royal decree. That exclusivity is still in every taste of this product, the Piedmont excellence, made of calf and pork meat, Arneis, Grana Padano and some more ingredients, that makes it special. Since it can be eaten row, grilled and cooked, it’s of a superior quality, where only the noble parts of the animal are used and it’s recognized all over the world, because of its goodness and also because of the international events (and clientele) about it.
Furthermore, it’s part of the Atlas of the Piedmont food farming products and the Consortium of the Bra Sausage safeguards it.
